Michelle moved to Southwest Florida in 2013 and is currently the Assistant Property Manager for the Chang Group. She has been with the Chang Group since 2013 and has a strong background in property management.  Downs loves the interaction with the tenants and the professionals she works alongside.  Michelle always demonstrates a positive attitude and loves spending time with her family and friends either on a boat or at the beach.
